Wedding Photography (No VAT payable)

• Standard Package (up to 4 Hours Total) includes (See Our Photo Selection List of the Formal Photographs):
  • Over 100 photos taken on the day at the Bride's Home, Wedding Venue & Part Coverage of the Reception
  • At least 55 photos at 6" by 4" professionally printed and presented in a Preview Album for you to keep
  • Your choice of 30 photos at 7½" by 5" professionally printed and mounted in Our Deluxe Album
  • (Alternative of 25 photos at 9" by 6" professionally printed and mounted in Our Deluxe Album)
  • CD with All 55 plus Preview Photos (NOT marked Proof) for you to use and print as you wish

Other Personal Photography (No VAT payable)

• Portraits: All inclusive price of £50 to include one 10" by 8" professionally printed photo in strut mount
  We take several photos and give you a choice from at least 6 also given to you on CD at full resolution.
• Family Groups: Prices from £50 to include one 10" by 8" professionally printed photo in strut mount
• Graduations: Prices from £50 to include one 10" by 8" professionally printed photo in strut mount
• Special Events: Prices from £50 to include one 10" by 8" professionally printed photo in strut mount

Other Options:

• Want something a little different? We are flexible - Please ask us to quote for your specific requirements.

Our Terms:

• We require a non-refundable 10% deposit on booking with payment in full before the wedding or photo session.
• We also require your permission to use any photos, taken at weddings, for our own promotional purposes only.
• The above prices exclude any fees payable to the Wedding Venue or other location which you should pay direct.
• Secure Backups of all your photographs will be held by us for a minimum of 6 months in case your CD is lost!

Business Photography (2008 Rates No VAT payable)

• We handle Commercial, Advertising, Corporate and P.R., Architectural and Editorial work.
• We cover Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Kesgrave, Martlesham or anywhere in Suffolk.
• Hourly Rate: £21 per hour for time taking, processing and retouching your photographs
• Daily Rate: £157.50 per day (7.5 hours). Overtime outside normal hours £28 per hour
• Mileage Rate: 35p per mile
• Travel Time etc: Reasonable travel time included in work time. All charges are plus actual expenses

Our Terms:

• Payment by Invoice within 30 days.             Secure CD Backups held by us for 6 months minimum.
• All goods remain the property of GTH Photography until payment is made in full (Retention of Title)
